Editorial Praise: Independent Book Review

A spiritual coming of age novel told with compelling social irony and wit. -Wanda Webster and Richard M. have a knack for getting right to the root of so many current social and political issues. - There is a lot to love in the rich dialogue, entertaining prose, and dynamic characters. They keep us invested in the journey from Isabel's home in Oregon to Washington for apples, Idaho for spuds, California for its coast highway, and Iowa for sweet corn and The Field of Dreams. --Philosophical discussions are hard to write while keeping an audience entertained. These authors do it well, taking readers on an intuitive philosophical journey. they have written a book that can help readers look at their experiences through an alternative perspective.

Isabel’s Starry Night took me on an incredible journey of self-discovery and transformation. As someone who has struggled to find my place in the world, I immediately connected with Isabel’s character. Her journey to find answers and meaning in life was relatable, and the obstacles she faced along the way were both unique and unforgettable.
This book talked about different things pertinent to humans in ways that can be easily understood. Wonderful!
Isabel’s journey of self-discovery is eye-opening. Readers would learn from the ways Isabel adapted in order to find her purpose and to rise above her limitations. Totally worth it! Flawless work!!
As an art fan, I liked that this book concentrated on art, particularly Vincent Van Gogh. He was a gifted artist who suffered from a mental disease that most people assumed was bi-polar disorder. In an asylum, he created some of his most famous works. I had never heard of him before reading this book, but I found it fascinating.
I loved reading about Johnny Appleseed, a legendary pioneer who traveled around America sowing apple seeds. Although I had seen the Disney animation centered around him, learning more about this amazing man who had significant influence on America’s history was intriguing.
